As our events our part of a series they are gaining in profile.  Our events are designed to attract a wide range of businesses creating interest for visitors.  Our main publicity will be carried out by emarketing methods including email, networking in person, recommendations from stall holders and leaflets delivered in the  areas.  

 

Sponsors

The opportunities for Sponsor’s start at from £250, these vary with each Event however our Gold Sponsorship £550, except £750 at Cambridge University and £5,000 at Hampton Court Place. Every Sponsor will have the opportunity to have a large stand, publicity on the promotional materials including electronic marketing and the opportunity to make contact before, during and after the event with stand holders plus they can provide bags and promotional items for every visitor.  

 

What is included?

Each stand consists of a space or 1.2 or 2.2 metres as reserved, this is an open space without shell scheme or display boards.  We provide table and chairs and room for appropriately sized display boards.  Tables are uncovered and clothes are available at £5 each, if pre-ordered.  All prices are plus VAT.

 

Free or discounted stands for Networks

Once again Business Networks are being offered free or greatly discounted rates for 1.2 metre stands, in return for their support in promoting the events. Please e-mail us with details of the support and the publicity you are willing to provide.

 

In Norwich, these Networks promoted our Exhibition; Antidote, BizFizz, Business Library, Business Link, Bizlinx, Norfolk Chamber, Ecademy, Foundation East, NWES, WIN, WIRE and Women on Top, plus many others distributed information to their members

 

Please come and meet us on Tuesday 8th July

in the Westwick Room, City Hall, Bethel Street, Norwich.  

This is a free informal event where you will be able to ask questions and meet other potential members.
